We have options for adults, children, and patients vulnerable to gum disease. No matter which you choose, you could save hundreds of dollars a year on preventive care! It’s a great option for patients without insurance.

Adult Membership (13 and Older) $29.30/mo. (Save at least $132.40 a year!)

Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
Doctor exams (1-2 per year)
Needed x-rays^*
One emergency exam per year (if needed)
15% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
$99 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month

For patients with regular cleanings and absence of periodontal disease. *Loyalty Discount not included on Invisalign

Perio Membership (Periodontal Disease) $44.30/mo. (Save at least $129.40 a year!)

Perio maintenance cleanings (3 to 4 per year)
Doctor exams (1-2 per year)
Needed x-rays^*
One emergency exam per year (if needed)
15% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
$99 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month

For patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of periodontal (gum) disease.*Loyalty Discount not included on Invisalign
